Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge said that Congress will come to power in Haryana and in alliance with the National Conference in Jammu and Kashmir. The Election Commission is set to announce the results of the assembly polls. Haryana voted on October 5 while Jammu and Kashmir completed three phases of voting on October 1.
