Rahul Gandhi emphasised the need to remove the 50% cap on reservation to protect the Constitution. He assured that the Congress and INDIA bloc will pass laws to remove this limit. Gandhi also promised the passage of a law on caste census in both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, stating no power could stop it.
