Worldly knowledge is always limited and cannot help achieve mukti. Mukti and the experience of the supreme Reality require an eagerness to know and meditate on pure Being. True Knowledge is born from self-sacrifice and transcends the binary of pleasure and pain. The Kaivalya Upanishad emphasizes meditating on the formless, eternal Brahmn.
