Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge felt dizzy while addressing a rally in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua district. He was paying tribute to a head constable killed in an operation with terrorists. Kharge is now stable and under medical care. His participation in another scheduled rally will depend on doctors' advice.
