West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has described the flood situation in northern districts as alarming and accused the central government of not providing assistance. She mentioned that districts like Cooch Behar, Jalpaiguri, and Alipurduar are severely affected. The state government is addressing the issue on a war footing.
