The Supreme Court has sought responses from the Delhi government and BJP leader Rajiv Babbar on a plea by Delhi CM Atishi and AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal challenging a high court order. The order refused to quash a defamation case filed against them by Babbar, alleging defamatory remarks about voter name deletions.
