BJP wins last vacant seat of MCD's highest decision-making panel

The BJP secured the last vacant seat on the Municipal Corporation of Delhi's 18-member Standing Committee unopposed as AAP and Congress councillors boycotted the election. BJP's Sunder Singh received all 115 votes from party councillors, while AAP's Nirmala Kumari got none. The BJP now holds 10 seats in the committee, with AAP holding eight.
