Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi stated that the NITI Aayog has decided not to grant special state status to any state, including Bihar. Despite this, he emphasized that PM Modi is focusing on Bihar's development. The BJP's ally JD(U) continues to demand special status for Bihar.
