Delhi Mayor Shelly Oberoi has called the order by Lt Governor VK Saxena to conduct the MCD Standing Committee election on September 27 as illegal. She stated that the LG has no authority to interfere in House functions and adjourned the election to October 5, questioning BJP's intentions.
