West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee announced that her government will release funds for 11 lakh houses by December, targeting those who missed out on the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. She criticized the Centre for withholding funds and stated that surveys will begin post-monsoon. Compensation for flood victims was also discussed.
