The Himachal Pradesh Congress has challenged Mandi MP Kangana Ranaut to prove her claims that the state government diverted loan funds to Sonia Gandhi. Minister Vikramaditya Singh warned of a defamation case if proof is not provided. Ranaut's comments were made during a BJP event in Manali.
