The Aam Aadmi Party has retained its four ministers and added Sultanpur Majra MLA Mukesh Ahlawat to the Cabinet. Atishi will be sworn in as Delhi's new chief minister on Saturday. Arvind Kejriwal stepped down following his release from jail, proposing Atishi's name for the position, which received unanimous support.
