The Supreme Court has dismissed a plea by TMC leader Abhishek Banerjee and his wife Rujira against an Enforcement Directorate summons related to a school jobs scam in West Bengal. The couple had argued that questioning should occur in Kolkata, not New Delhi. The verdict was delivered by justices Bela Trivedi and Satish Chandra Sharma.
