In a significant bureaucratic reshuffle in Bihar, 41 IAS officers, mainly district magistrates, have been transferred. Key changes include Bhojpur DM Raj Kumar becoming the managing director of COMFED and Sheohar DM Pankaj Kumar being appointed director of primary education. The General Administration Department issued the notification late on Saturday.
