Rahul Gandhi, Congress MP and Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, will address rallies in Ramban and Anantnag districts to launch the Congress campaign for the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly polls. The elections will see Congress and National Conference contesting together. Voting will occur in three phases starting September 18, with results announced on October 8.
