Rahul Gandhi will start the Congress' campaign for the Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections with rallies in Ramban and Anantnag districts on Wednesday. Joining him are Congress leaders Mallikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi, and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra. The elections will be held in three phases beginning September 18.
