Union Minister Shobha Karandlaje has filed an affidavit before the Madras High Court, apologizing to the people of Tamil Nadu for her remarks linking them to the Rameshwaram Cafe blast in Bengaluru. She stated that her comments were made without intent to hurt sentiments and has retracted them on social media.
