Former Union HRD Minister M M Pallam Raju has expressed deep pain over the demolition of ORO Sports Village, a venture by his brother in Hyderabad. The demolition was conducted by HYDRA without notice or consideration of prior permissions, as part of a drive against encroachments on government properties.
