Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma accused the Jharkhand government of keeping former CM Champai Soren under surveillance for six months. The accusation came amid the ex-chief minister's shift to BJP from JMM ahead of the state assembly elections. Sarma demanded a probe into the incident and announced a response in two months.
