The ruling LDF in Kerala has supported CPI(M) MLA M Mukesh, booked in a rape case, arguing two Congress legislators accused of sexual assault should resign first. LDF convener E P Jayarajan assured that neither the party nor the government will protect wrongdoers. Ministers await the probe outcome before further action towards Mukesh.
