Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) president Simranjit Singh Mann made derogatory remarks against BJP MP Kangana Ranaut over her controversial comments on the farmers' protest. Mann's comments came in response to a recent interview where Ranaut suggested a 'Bangladesh-like situation' could have unfolded in India without its strong leadership. Mann was attending a party event in Karnal ahead of Haryana Assembly polls on October 1.
