Former Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Champai Soren, planned to join BJP on August 30 in Ranchi after resigning from Jharkhand Mukti Morcha. Assam CM Himanta Sarma Biswa confirmed Soren's recent meeting with Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
