Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has demanded the resignation of Union Steel & Heavy Industries Minister HD Kumaraswamy, accusing him of approving 550 acres of forest land to an unregistered company and of involvement in a mining scandal. Siddaramaiah criticized Kumaraswamy for denying his role in the Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) case, which Siddaramaiah claims involves forged signatures.
