Iltija Mufti, daughter of PDP president Mehbooba Mufti, was named constituency in-charge for the Bijbehara assembly seat in Jammu and Kashmir. PDP also appointed leaders for seven other segments in south Kashmir. The first phase of the three-phased assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir will start on September 18.
