MUDA scam: Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah dealt with serious allegations in the MUDA scam involving a controversial land swap in Mysuru. With prosecution permission granted by the Governor, Union Minister Pralhad Joshi demanded Siddaramaiah's resignation to aid the investigation. Siddaramaiah denied the charges, claiming MUDA wrongly developed his wife Parvathi's land. Opposition parties claimed the land, worth Rs 3,000 crores, belonged to the Dalit community. Siddaramaiah asserted his legal conduct and highlighted support from the State Cabinet and party members.
