Samajwadi Party announced its in-charges for six of the 10 assembly seats in Uttar Pradesh scheduled for upcoming by-elections on Monday. Shivpal Singh Yadav, the party's national general secretary, will oversee the Katehari seat. Faizabad MP Awadhesh Prasad and Leader of Opposition in the UP Legislative Council Lal Bihari Yadav are assigned to the Milkipur seat, a senior SP leader confirmed.
