Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal criticised the opposition for creating confusion about the Supreme Court's observation on the creamy layer among SCs and STs. He reiterated that the Constitution includes no such provision and assured that the BJP-led government will uphold reservations for SCs and STs, following Ambedkar's framework.
