The CPI(M) Politburo voiced concern over attacks on Hindu places of worship in Bangladesh after Sheikh Hasina's government fell. They urged the interim Bangladeshi government to protect minorities and called on India to address the issue. Incidents included vandalism of temples and businesses, and two Hindu leaders were killed.
