The World Bank's latest report suggested that at current rates, it would take China over 10 years, and Indonesia and India around 70 and 75 years, respectively, to reach one-quarter of the US's per capita income. India faces significant cultural deficits that impede growth despite having a substantial talent pool and significant economic achievements.
