Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah criticized Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot for issuing a show-cause notice over alleged irregularities in site distribution by MUDA. Siddaramaiah called the notice 'illegal and against the Constitution' and accused the Governor of being influenced by the central government and BJP-JD(S). He denied any involvement in the alleged scam.
