The Union Home Ministry has published the Department of Personnel and Training's order lifting the ban on government employees' involvement with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) on its website, following a directive by the Madhya Pradesh High Court. The court criticised the government for taking nearly five decades to correct the mistake, acknowledging the RSS as an internationally renowned organization wrongly listed among banned groups for government employees.
