AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge, Opposition leader in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and other senior leaders are expected to discuss a few important issues including changing the portfolios of a few ministers and sprucing up the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) that Shivakumar heads. The visit has also triggered speculations of a Cabinet reshuffle, but sources say it is unlikely for the time being.
