Labour Minister Mansukh Mandaviya informed Parliament on Monday that the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) will not lead to job losses in India. Instead, he emphasized that this emerging technology will create new employment opportunities. He was responding to a query about potential job losses due to AI by Kalyan Banerjee of the All India Trinamool Congress in the Lok Sabha.
