HiSa Franko, known as 'Home of Franko' in Slovenian, is located at the foot of the Ocak mountains and near the clean Soca river. Chef Ana Ros, who has two Michelin stars, runs the top restaurant and ages local Tolminc cheese. This year, HiSa Franko offers a tasting menu '50 Shades of Red', featuring seasonal produce, trout, pasta, and pork broth.
