Union Minister Shobha Karandlaje called for Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's resignation on Tuesday, alleging his involvement in the Mysuru Urban Development Authority and Karnataka Maharshi Valmiki Scheduled Tribe Development Corporation scams. She claimed that Siddaramaiah, who also holds the state finance minister's portfolio, is attempting to cover up financial irregularities.
