A fringe group on the internet, known as DKC - Don't Kill Characters - has launched a campaign against fictional deaths. They argue that eliminating murders from TV shows and movies could reduce real-world violence. The group believes that viewers have become desensitized to violence due to the frequent portrayals of death in media.
