Jharkhand Governor C P Radhakrishnan has invited Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) president Hemant Soren to form the new state government. This invitation follows Champai Soren's resignation from the chief minister's post the previous day. The swearing-in ceremony is scheduled for today i.e July 4, 2024.
