Courtroom waltz and the jingle of bail

By Economic Times - 5 months ago
A politician with numerous bails and a reputation for scheming, often performs in prisons. The courtroom scene is a routine, with the politician presenting a get-out-of-jail-free card and a promise not to flee the country. The judge, however, is hesitant, unsure of the politician's character references. This highlights the concept that bail is subjective and the court must check its eyes for power, or optical power, if it perceives the situation differently.
