Independent MP Pappu Yadav stated on Tuesday that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is an "internationally recognised" leader after Gandhi was elected as the Leader of the Opposition. Congress announced on Tuesday that Rahul Gandhi, the party's MP from Rae Bareli, will serve as the Leader of the Opposition in the 18th Lok Sabha.
