Congress leader Rahul Gandhi resigned from Wayanad seat of Lok Sabha, said the official notification. The development comes after Congress appointed Priyanka Gandhi Vadra to run Wayanad bypolls after Rahul Gandhi announced decision to vacate the Lok Sabha seat.
