A new report by the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) reveals that 11 out of 71 Indian ministers have declared their educational qualifications as 12th standard, while 57 have graduated or above. The report reveals that 15% of the ministers have declared their highest educational qualification as 12th standard. The majority of the ministers have attained higher education, with 14 declaring themselves as graduates, 10 having professional graduate degrees, and 26 having postgraduate degrees.
