Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge declared that if the INDIA bloc gains power, they will exempt agricultural equipment from GST. He criticised the current government for firing tear gas at protesting farmers. He promised legal MSP guarantee and free grains distribution. He further addressed the drug issue in Punjab, and pledged support for MSMEs.
