Congress leader Jairam Ramesh reiterated that Prime Minister Modi has not accepted the invitation to debate with Rahul Gandhi after 17 days. The invitation, extended by retired judges and a journalist, was accepted by Rahul Gandhi. Meanwhile, Tejasvi Surya nominated Abhinav Prakash to debate with Rahul Gandhi because of Prakash's Dalit background in Raebareli. Prakash welcomed the opportunity, hoping for a constructive dialogue.
