Non-cognisable offence registered against MoS Kapil Patil for yelling at police

Union Minister Kapil Patil has been accused of yelling at a policeman during the Lok Sabha elections in Maharashtra's Thane district. A non-cognizable offence being registered against the minister. The official complaint stated that he obstructed the police officer's work and made threats. He has been charged Indian Penal Code sections 186, 504, and 506.
