Swati Maliwal Assault Case: In a complaint, Maliwal alleged that Kejriwal's Personal Secretary Kumar 'slapped her atleast seven to eight times,' while she 'continued screaming.' Maliwal further claims that she was 'brutally dragged' while being 'kicked' in the chest, stomach and pelvis area. According to a medico-legal report from the Jay Prakash Narayan Trauma Centre at AIIMS, Maliwal had bruises over her left leg and her right cheek.
