The Election Commission of India (ECI) has directed political parties to provide details of aircraft and helicopters used for campaigning, including origin, destination, make, and passengers, under the Model Code of Conduct for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls in Maharashtra. The information must be submitted 24 hours before the journey to the district election office. The Lok Sabha elections in Maharashtra, with 48 seats, will take place in five phases between April 19 and May 20.
