By Economic Times - 7 months ago
The Delhi Rouse Avenue Court granted custody of BRS MLC K Kavitha to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) until April 15, a day after her arrest by the agency. The CBI had sought a five-day custodial remand for the BRS leader, alleging that she is withholding information known only to her and has previously failed to cooperate with the investigation despite being summoned.
