The ECI has attempted a compilation titled 'Legal history EVMs and VVPATs' -- an analysis of various court cases and this is being regularly updated. It is neither possible nor desirable in this limited space to analyse each case. However, it is often found that it is parties/individuals who lose elections who start finding faults with the EVM, to the extent of raising a shrill crescendo in favour of going back to the paper ballot.
