The Supreme Court has overturned a bail condition set by the Orissa High Court, which prohibited a man from engaging in any political activities. The condition was imposed while granting bail to Siba Shankar Das, a former Mayor of Berhampur Municipal Corporation, in August 2022. Das challenged this condition, arguing that it violated his fundamental rights.
