AAP continues protests against Kejriwal's arrest, burns effigies of BJP

The AAP on Sunday continued its protests against the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and burnt effigies of the BJP. Led by senior Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Delhi Minister Atishi, the protests commenced in Kalkaji constituency. INDIA bloc's candidate from East Delhi Lok Sabha and AAP MLA Kuldeep Kumar, and party's Burari MLA Sanjeev Jha also held demonstrations. Atishi, leading the candle march, said it has never happened before in the country's history that immediately after the announcement of the elections the supremo of a national party has been arrested. "The bank account of a major national party is frozen. The roads leading to the national office of the Aam Aadmi Party have been barricaded and closed for the past two days.
